Every access to this website and every retrieval of data stored on the website is protocolled. The data is only stored for internal, statistical analyses for the purpose of operation and security. The following information is stored: Name of the retrieved website and file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, operating system, browser, requesting domain and the IP address of the requesting computer or network. This data is stored for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted completely.

Further personal data is only collected if this information is provided voluntarily, for example as part of a contact form, enquiry or registration. The personal data transmitted by the user will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used, stored and then deleted for the specified purpose.

Third-party content

Third-party content, such as maps from Google Maps, videos from YouTube or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into this website. This always assumes that the third-party providers know the IP address of the user to deliver and display the requested content.

If possible, only content whose respective third-party providers only use the IP address to deliver the content is used. However, we have no influence over the storage of the IP address by third-party providers, for example for statistical purposes. Insofar as we are aware of this, we will inform users of this.

Linking to Google Calendar (External Appointment Scheduling)

On our website, we provide a link to the external appointment scheduling service Google Calendar (Google Appointments), operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. 

When you click on the "Request a free Call" button, you will be redirected to Google’s servers. Only after this redirection and on Google's platform will you enter your booking data (e.g., name, email address, requested date/time), which is then processed by Google. The inclusion of this link is based on our legitimate interest in efficient appointment management and providing a user-friendly scheduling option (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). 

Please note that Google LLC is based in the USA, and data transmission to the United States cannot be entirely ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of data protection compliant with EU standards. Google may use cookies or comparable tracking technologies on its booking pages.
